Return Policy

We hope you love all your purchases from +FRILL However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Exchanges can be made only if the item is currently in stock. If not available in stock, only store credit can be made. 

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Return authorization is required, simply email shop.add.frill@gmail.com to receive return address.

Please include packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and contains all of your information as well as your order number. Please wrap your item neatly in order to protect it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 2 days of the date on your orders receipt. Email us at shop.add.frill@gmail.com and send us photos of any damaged area. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
